1/4 TEASPOON GREEN CHILLI
1/4 CUP BOILED MIXED VEG. (PEAS, CARROT, LONG BEAN, BABY CORN)
SAUTE WELL
ADD 1 CUP COOKED RICE
SALT AS PER TASTE
1/4 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
MIX WELL
ADD SOME ORANGE & PIECE OF BANANA

2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED ONION
2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CAPSICUM
2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED TOMATO
2 TABLESPOON BOILED BABY CORN
1/4 TEASPOON OREGANO
1/4 TEASPOON RED CHILLI FLAKES
SALT AS PER TASTE
2 SLICES BREAD
SPREAD SOME BUTTER
FLIP IT
SPREAD SOME PIZZA SAUCE
SPREAD THE TOPPINGS
SPREAD MOZZARELLA CHEESE
BRUSH SOME BUTTER ON THE PAN
PLACE THE PIZZA ON PAN
COVER THE PAN & COOK FOR 1 MIN. IN MEDIUM LOW HEAT
FLIP IT
ADD SOME APPLE & MIXED NUTS

1/2 CUP BOILED MASHED POTATO
2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CAPSICUM

Easy Healthy Dinner Ideas for Kids!

Hey everyone! I hope you enjoy this dinner meal ideas for your little ones!

These meals were all delicious and super easy to make.

My baby is 16 months and was able to eat all these yummy foods without a problem. Also my 7 year old loved them too!

 

RECIPES:

Vegetable pasta-
1 diced tomato
1/2 diced zucchini
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
15 oz of cream cheese
noodles
1/2 cup or more of parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
spinach

Cauliflower fried rice-

1 head of cauliflower minced into a rice consistency
1/2 cup of peas
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 tomatoes
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2tsp ginger powder
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1/2 diced onion
2 whisked eggs

Chickpea Tikka Masala-

1 can of chickpea or garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons of curry paste
1 can of coconut milk
2 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste
spinach
1/2 cup of diced carrots
1 chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
minced
1 yogurt or greek yogurt
1/2 cup of peas

INGREDIENTS
2 large, ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

PREPARATION

In a bowl, mash the bananas, and Mix in the egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour pancake batter on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with a drizzle of honey

3 PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES
Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 cup wheat flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

 

PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside.

combine flour, salt, and baking powder In a separate bowl. Pour wet mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly.

Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.

INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup Greek yogurt
½ ripe banana
½ cup oats 45g
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup fresh rasins

 

PREPARATION

In a blender, blend everything besides the rasins.

Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, and place rasins on the pancake.

Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with a drizzle of honey
